Product Return, Exchange and Refund Policies
RETURN POLICY
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# you can fill an online application or directly contact PCProDirect® Technical Support. Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by PCProDirect®), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by PCProDirect® within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. PCProDirect® is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be applied by PCProDirect® to any system cancelled before shipping. Unopened products may be returned/refunded for full credit, at PCProDirect®'s discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by PCProDirect® within 30 days of the original invoice date. The return/refund of any product may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at PCProDirect®'s discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by PCProDirect® within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software or printers. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON PARTS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PCProDirect® purchase, just return it to PCProDirect® within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges are non-refundable). At PCProDirect®'s discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to any returned product. See PCProDirect® REFUND POLICY. An RMA# number is required for all returned items.

SHIPPING POLICY
It normally takes 2 - 3 business days to ship out parts that don't require assembly. After your order is placed, it takes up to 7 business days before parts/kits arrive at your front door.

Computer systems are assembled, tested and shipped within 5-7 business days. After your order is placed, it takes up to 10 business days before a new system arrives at your front door.

Please make sure that name, number, and expiration date are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card. Incorrectly entered data will delay authorization and processing of your order.

PCProDirect® does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. PCProDirect®'s shipping and handling charges are based on each individual product's weight, and are calculated as determined by PCProDirect®. PCProDirect® does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the PCProDirect.COM site, nor does PCProDirect® guarantee any claims made by any carrier.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PCProDirect® reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. PCProDirect® reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with PCProDirect® Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - PCProDirect® accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks only by phone or fax order, and only in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt and approval of a personal and company check at our offices. For money orders or cashier's checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. PCProDirect® cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.
SALES TAXES
PCProDirect® shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to PCProDirect® before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
